This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) outlines the rules and restrictions for using the ReflexSat IPTV service. By subscribing, you agree to abide by these rules.

1. Unauthorized Access & Account Sharing

  • Your subscription is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, resell, or give away your login credentials (Username, Password, or M3U links) to anyone outside your household.
  • We monitor account usage strictly to ensure compliance with device limits (1 to 5 simultaneous streams depending on your plan). Abuse of this system will result in an immediate suspension or termination of your subscription without a refund.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any of the following:

  • Violating any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, deconstruct, or hack our streaming servers or protocols.
  • Using the service to distribute, transmit, or share malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Using the service for commercial purposes (e.g., reselling streams to third parties).

3. Bandwidth & Fair Usage

Our service is intended for personal, home use. Excessive automated streaming, unauthorized data scraping, or continuous pinging of our servers without active viewing may result in temporary rate-limiting or suspension to protect network integrity.

4. Content Violations

You may not use our service to host, share, or broadcast your own copyrighted content without permission. If we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice regarding your usage, we will investigate and take appropriate action, including terminating your account.

5. Enforcement

ReflexSat IPTV reserves the right to investigate violations of this AUP and take necessary actions, including:

  • Issuing warnings.
  • Suspending or terminating subscriptions immediately.
  • Reporting illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
