1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, subscribing, or accessing our IPTV services, you signify your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description & Reseller Disclosure

ReflexSat IPTV provides internet-based television streaming services, offering access to live TV channels, movies, and series via the internet. We provide login credentials (Xtream Codes and M3U Playlists) to access our third-party streaming partners.

Reseller Disclosure: ReflexSat IPTV operates as an independent third-party reseller and distributor of streaming media services. We do not host, store, or own the video content or the physical servers utilized to broadcast the channels. Our role is strictly limited to providing customer support, payment processing, and the interface (login credentials) to connect users to the third-party infrastructure. We act as an intermediary to simplify the streaming experience for our customers.

3. User Responsibility & Legal Compliance

Disclaimer: It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure that their use of ReflexSat IPTV complies with the laws and regulations of their country of residence. IPTV regulations vary by jurisdiction. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you have verified the legality of the service in your location and assume full responsibility for your usage.

4. Subscription, Billing & Renewal

  • Payment: Subscriptions are paid in advance via Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, or Cryptocurrency.
  • No Automatic Renewal: ReflexSat IPTV operates on a manual-renewal policy. Your subscription will expire at the end of the paid period, and we will notify you via email or WhatsApp so you can choose to renew.
  • Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase. Refund requests must be made within this timeframe. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

5. Account Security & Device Limits

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (Username and Password) confidential. You may install the ReflexSat IPTV app on as many devices as you own. However, the number of simultaneous live streams is strictly limited to the device count you selected during checkout. Account sharing, reselling, or unauthorized distribution of your credentials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of your subscription without a refund.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

  • You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  • You must not attempt to circumvent any technical measures implemented to limit concurrent streams.
  • You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our streaming software or server protocols.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and logos provided by ReflexSat IPTV are the property of their respective owners. The “ReflexSat IPTV” brand, logo, and interface are proprietary to us. You are granted a limited license to use our software to access the content you have subscribed to.

8. Limitation of Liability

ReflexSat IPTV provides the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or WhatsApp. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
