We offer a straightforward and transparent billing system. Below you will find our policies regarding payments and refunds.

Accepted Payment Methods

ReflexSat IPTV supports a wide variety of payment gateways to ensure your convenience:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) Apple Pay Google Pay PayPal Crypto (BTC, USDT, LTC, etc.)

All card transactions are processed securely through licensed processors.

1. Subscription Duration & Pricing

  • Plans are available for 1, 3, 6, 12, and 24 months.
  • Prices are listed in USD. Your payment processor will convert the currency based on your location.
  • We do not automatically renew subscriptions. You will receive a renewal reminder via WhatsApp/Email before your plan expires.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all IPTV subscriptions (excluding Crypto payments).
  • If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days, contact us via WhatsApp or email to request a refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Crypto Payment Policy

  • Crypto payments are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Due to the anonymous and irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, we cannot reverse crypto payments once they are confirmed on the network.
  • Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before paying with cryptocurrency.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • We encourage open communication. Please contact us directly if you have an issue before filing a chargeback with your bank or PayPal.
  • Filing a chargeback or disputing a transaction without contacting us first will result in the immediate termination of your subscription.
  • If you have a legitimate issue, we are happy to resolve it via our 14-day refund policy.

5. Failed Payments & Billing Issues

If your payment fails, your subscription will not be activated. Please ensure your card or PayPal account is valid. For crypto payments, ensure you have sufficient network fees (gas fees) to complete the transaction.
