What You’ll Need

Gather these four things first, and the rest of the setup only takes a couple of minutes.

Your Login Details

Sent to you by email or WhatsApp after you subscribed. This is either an Xtream Codes login (Server URL, Username, Password) or an M3U playlist link.

A Supported Device

Firestick, Android phone or box, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Samsung/LG Smart TV, Windows or Mac computer, or a MAG/Enigma2 box.

A Stable Internet Connection

We recommend at least 15–25 Mbps for smooth HD and 4K streaming. Wired connections are more stable than Wi-Fi.

Tap the device you’re using below. We’ll show you exactly which app to install and how to log in.

Amazon Fire TV Stick / Fire TV Cube

Since some apps aren’t available in the Amazon Appstore, we will use the free Downloader app. We have provided the exact download codes below for both Smarters Pro and TiVimate.

Prerequisite: Both Smarters Pro and TiVimate on Firestick require the Downloader app and “Unknown Sources” permissions. Follow steps 1 & 2 carefully to unlock your settings.

  1. 1. Install the Downloader app

    From your Fire TV home screen, scroll to Find → Search. Type Downloader (the orange icon with a box and arrow) and install it.

  2. 2. Unlock Developer Options & Enable Unknown Sources

    Go to Settings → My Fire TV → About. Click on Fire TV Stick 7 times quickly until a message says “You are now a developer”. Now go back to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn Apps from Unknown Sources ON.

  3. 3. Open Downloader and enter the code

    Open the Downloader app. Click the URL box, type 6468112, and click Go.

  4. 4. Install and Open

    Wait for the download to finish, click Install, then click Open.

  5. 5. Choose “Login with Xtream Codes API”

    On the welcome screen, tap this option.

  6. 6. Name your connection

    Type a recognizable name, like My IPTV.

  7. 7. Enter your Xtream Codes details

    Paste the Server URL, Username, and Password we sent you. Copy and paste carefully to avoid typos!

  8. 8. Click “Add User” and enjoy

    Select Add User. Your channels will load within seconds!

Important: TiVimate is intended for Android TV devices and is not optimized for phones and tablets. Make sure you are using a Fire TV Stick.

  1. 1. Install the Downloader app

    Search for Downloader in the Amazon Appstore and install it.

  2. 2. Unlock Developer Options & Enable Unknown Sources

    Go to Settings → My Fire TV → About. Click on Fire TV Stick 7 times until you see “You are now a developer”. Go to Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn Apps from Unknown Sources ON.

  3. 3. Open Downloader and enter the code

    Open Downloader, type 272483 into the URL box, and click Go. (Alternatively, you can type tivimate.com/apk).

  4. 4. Install TiVimate

    Select Download, then Install, and finally Open once it finishes.

  5. 5. Add your playlist

    Select Add Playlist → Xtream Codes (or M3U Playlist if you have that) and enter the details we provided.

  6. 6. Save and start watching

    Select Add, wait for the channel list to load, and you’re ready to watch.

Android TV Box (Nvidia Shield, MECOOL, X96, etc.)

Android TV boxes have the Google Play Store built in. You can also use the Downloader app (code 6468112) if you prefer the direct APK.

  1. Open Google Play Store

    Find the Play Store icon and open it.

  2. Search and install

    Search IPTV Smarters Pro, select it, then choose Install.

  3. Open the app

    Select Open once it finishes.

  4. Choose login method

    On the home screen, tap Login with Xtream Codes API.

  5. Name and enter details

    Type a name like My IPTV, then paste your Server URL, Username, and Password.

  6. Click “Add User”

    Wait a moment for your content to load and you are ready to stream.

  1. Open Google Play Store

    Find and open the Play Store on your device.

  2. Search and install TiVimate

    Search TiVimate IPTV Player, select it, then choose Install.

  3. Open the app and add a playlist

    Select Add Playlist, then choose Xtream Codes or M3U Playlist.

  4. Enter your details and save

    Fill in the fields and select Add. Channels will appear within seconds.

Android Phone or Tablet

Everything happens through the Play Store. Use the direct download link or search for “IPTV Smarters Pro”.

  1. Open the Play Store app

    Tap the Play Store icon on your phone or tablet.

  2. Search “IPTV Smarters Pro”

    Tap the search bar, type the name, and tap the app from the results.

  3. Tap Install, then Open

    Wait a few seconds for it to download.

  4. Choose “Login with Xtream Codes API”

    Tap the button to begin.

  5. Name your connection

    Type a recognizable name, like My IPTV.

  6. Enter your Xtream Codes details

    Paste the Server URL, Username and Password exactly as provided.

  7. Tap “Add User”

    Your channels will load and you can start watching right away.

Note: TiVimate is intended for Android TV devices and is not optimized for phones and tablets. We recommend IPTV Smarters Pro for phones.

  1. Open the Play Store app

    Tap the Play Store icon on your device.

  2. Search “TiVimate”

    Type it in the search bar and tap the app to open its page.

  3. Install and open

    Tap Install, wait for it to finish, then tap Open.

  4. Add your playlist

    Tap Add Playlist, choose Xtream Codes or M3U Playlist, and fill in your details.

iPhone and iPad

On iPhone and iPad, we recommend IPTV Smarters Player — the official Apple App Store version of Smarters Pro.

  1. Open the App Store

    Tap the blue App Store icon on your home screen.

  2. Search for the app

    Tap the search tab, type IPTV Smarters Player, and tap it in the results.

  3. Tap Get, then Open

    You may need to confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.

  4. Choose your login type

    Tap Login with Xtream Codes API.

  5. Name your connection

    Type My IPTV into the Name field.

  6. Enter your Xtream Codes details

    Copy and paste your Server URL, Username, and Password exactly as sent.

  7. Tap Add User

    Your live channels and movies will appear right away.

Apple TV

Apple TV uses the same app, downloaded directly onto your TV box using the Siri Remote.

  1. Open the App Store on your Apple TV

    Use the Siri Remote to select the App Store app from the home screen.

  2. Search for the app

    Select the search icon and type IPTV Smarters Player using the on-screen keyboard.

  3. Download and open

    Select Get, wait for it to install, then select the app icon to open it.

  4. Choose your login type

    Select Login with Xtream Codes API.

  5. Name your connection

    Enter a recognizable name, like My IPTV.

  6. Enter your Xtream Codes details

    Paste your Server URL, Username, and Password using the remote.

  7. Confirm and enjoy

    Select Add User. Your channels will be ready to browse.

Samsung and LG Smart TVs

Samsung and LG TVs support IPTV Smarters Pro directly through their App Stores.

Samsung Smart TV

Turn on your TV and press the Smart Hub button. Search for IPTV Smarters Pro. Select and install the app. Open it, accept the terms, and enter your IPTV subscription credentials (server URL, username, password) provided by us.

LG Smart TV

Press the Home button to launch the LG Content Store. Search for IPTV Smarters Pro. Install and open the application and log in using your subscription details: Username, Password, and Portal URL.

Tip: If you find navigating the Smart TV apps difficult, we recommend plugging a Fire TV Stick or Android TV box into your TV’s HDMI port. It gives you the much easier Smarters Pro experience we describe in the Firestick/Android sections above!

Windows or Mac Computer

IPTV Smarters Pro offers free desktop apps for both Windows and Mac.

  1. Download the app

    Visit the official IPTV Smarters website and download the Windows or Mac version using the links provided above.

  2. Install the app

    Open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen installation steps like any other program.

  3. Launch Smarters Pro

    Open the app from your desktop or Start Menu / Applications folder.

  4. Select “Login with Xtream Codes API”

    Choose this option on the welcome screen.

  5. Name your connection

    Give it a friendly name, such as My IPTV.

  6. Enter your details

    Paste your Server URL, Username, and Password into the fields.

  7. Click Add User

    Your channels and VOD library will load in the main window.

MAG Box / Enigma2 Set-Top Box

These devices connect using a “Portal URL” instead of the standard IPTV apps, and are usually linked to your box’s MAC address.

  1. Find your box’s MAC address

    Go to Settings → System Info on your MAG box (or the equivalent menu on Enigma2), and note the MAC address shown.

  2. Send us your MAC address

    Contact our support team with your MAC address so we can whitelist your device — this is a one-time step.

  3. Enter the Portal URL

    On your box, go to Settings → Servers → Portals and enter the Portal URL we provide you.

  4. Restart and load channels

    Restart your box. It will automatically connect and load your full channel list.

Login Method 1

Setting Up With Xtream Codes API

This is the most popular and most complete way to connect — it unlocks catch-up TV, the full program guide, and multiple device profiles.

The 3 fields you’ll be asked for

  • Server URL (or “Portal URL”): The web address of our streaming server. Type it exactly as given, including http:// at the start.
  • Username: Your personal account name — this is unique to you.
  • Password: Your personal password — case sensitive, so type it exactly as sent, including capital letters.
Common mistake: Adding a space before or after the Server URL, Username, or Password. Always copy and paste your details rather than typing them by hand whenever possible.

Setting Up With an M3U Playlist

A single link that contains your entire channel list. Just as reliable as Xtream Codes, and even quicker to enter.

The fields you’ll be asked for

  • Playlist Name: Any name you choose, just to help you recognize it later — for example “My IPTV.”
  • M3U URL: The full playlist link we provided. Paste it exactly as given.
  • EPG URL: An optional second link that adds the TV program guide with show times and descriptions. Add it if we provided one, for the best experience.
Which should I choose — Xtream Codes or M3U? If you were given both, we recommend Xtream Codes API since it also supports catch-up TV and multiple screens. Either option gives you the exact same channels and movies.
Something Not Working?

Troubleshooting Common Issues

Most setup problems are solved in under a minute with one of the fixes below.

“Invalid Username or Password”

Retype your details carefully, or paste them instead of typing. Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after each field. Confirm you’re using the newest details we sent you — if you subscribed again recently, older details stop working.

Channels Are Buffering or Freezing

Switch from Wi-Fi to a wired (ethernet) connection if possible. Close other apps or devices using the internet at the same time. Restart your router. If it continues, try a lower video quality in the app’s settings.

Black or Blank Screen

Wait 10–15 seconds — some channels take a moment to load the first time. Try a different channel to confirm it’s not a one-off issue, then restart the app.

No Program Guide (EPG) Information

Make sure you entered the EPG URL if you’re using an M3U playlist. In the app settings, look for an option like “Refresh EPG” or “Update Guide Data” and select it.

App Won’t Load Any Channels

Double-check your internet connection is working by opening a website or app like YouTube. Then close the IPTV app fully and reopen it.

Do I need to be good with technology to set this up?

What’s the difference between IPTV Smarters Pro and TiVimate?
Both apps work perfectly with our service and show the same channels. IPTV Smarters Pro has a simpler, more colorful layout that’s easier for beginners. TiVimate has a more advanced program guide and extra customization, favored by more experienced users. Remember, TiVimate is optimized for Android TV devices only.
Can I use the same login on more than one device?
Yes, you can install the app and enter the same details on every device you own. The number of devices that can stream at the exact same time depends on your plan (1 to 5 connections).
Do I need a VPN to use IPTV?
No VPN is required for our service to work. Some users choose to use one for extra privacy on public Wi-Fi, but it is entirely optional and not needed for streaming to work correctly.
What if I only have an Xtream Codes login but the app asks for an M3U URL, or vice versa?
Every app that supports one format supports the other too — just look for a second option on the login screen, usually labeled “Load your playlist or file/URL” for M3U, or “Login with Xtream Codes API” for Xtream. If you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll point you to the exact button.
My TV doesn’t support any of these apps — what can I do?
Any TV with an HDMI port can use IPTV by connecting an inexpensive Fire TV Stick or Android TV box, which then runs Smarters Pro or TiVimate exactly as described in our device guide above.
