DMCA & Copyright Policy

ReflexSat IPTV operates strictly as a discovery and referral service. We are a third-party seller that provides access to content that is already publicly available across the internet.
We do not host, upload, store, stream, or transmit any copyrighted content on our own servers. We do not own the servers or the infrastructure that deliver this content.
Think of our service as similar to a search engine or a directory: we simply index and point to content that exists elsewhere on the web. All content is hosted on third-party servers that we do not control or operate. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the availability or legality of the content on those external servers.
ReflexSat IPTV respects intellectual property rights. However, because we are a third-party discovery service, any claims regarding copyright infringement should be directed to the actual content hosts or server owners. We aren’t infringing on any copyright, as we merely provide links to content that is already publicly accessible.
1. Notification of Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon through a third-party server or service that we link to, we encourage you to contact the specific hosting provider or the source of the content directly, as they are the ones who have control over the material in question.
However, if you believe we have made a mistake and are inadvertently facilitating access to infringing content, you may send a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Please include the following information:
- Identification: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- Infringing Material: A description of where the infringing material is located on our platform (e.g., specific channel name, VOD title), and ideally the URL or server source of the content.
- Contact Info: Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner.
- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative.
Important Note: Because we do not host the content, we cannot guarantee that a takedown notice sent to us will result in the content being removed from the internet. We will, however, take immediate action to remove the link or reference to the content from our directory if we determine the claim is valid.
2. Designated Copyright Agent
Please send your copyright concerns to our Designated Copyright Agent via email:
Email: legal@reflexsatiptv.co
We will review your request and, if appropriate, remove the link to the content from our platform immediately, while also notifying the original complainant of our actions.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake and you are the legitimate owner or host of the content, you may submit a counter-notification. This must include details that allow us to identify the removed link and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake. We will forward this to the original complainant.
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers, specifically regarding the misuse of our service to access content they are not authorized to view. We also reserve the right to remove links that we suspect may violate third-party intellectual property rights.
5. Disclaimer of Affiliation
ReflexSat IPTV does not claim ownership of any content displayed or accessible via our platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any content creators or broadcasters. We simply act as a bridge between our clients and the publicly available resources on the internet.
